Hello Auburn! My dream is coming true! 37 years ago I started working at a great little Take U Bake location here in Auburn. Within a couple years that little Take-u-Bake became one of Auburn's most beloved Italian Restaurants, Pasquale T's. In my 16+ years working there, I developed a love, a passion for Italian comfort food. Sadly Pasquale T's closed no fault of it's own and Auburn lost a real gem. For the past 20 years I have been developing a plan to open my own Italian Restaurant designed around what I learned working at Pasquale's. I am bringing back my favorite restaurant, where I met my hubby 33 years ago, and adding my own special touches to it. My family will be joining me as I take this journey! A true 'family-run" business! Pasquale's Italian Ristorante is my Sognare (dream) and I can't wait to share it with you all.

Dining at Pasquale's Ristorante makes you feel like you are eating a home-cooked family meal in Italy. Imagine pasta tossed with rich, flavorful sauces, paired perfectly with freshly baked bread and salads made with fresh ingredients. The ambiance is cozy and romantic with warm lighting and comfortable seating. This would be the perfect second date spot. Enjoy a delicious Italian meal. Then stroll along Old Town Auburn window shopping. Happy hour is Tuesday-Friday from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 3:00 to 6 pm.
Great service and food! Best calamari to be found! Service can’t be beat! Location is amazing.
We went there one time at Christmas and our party of 8 were served by Gina who is awesome. Me and my wife went back for valentine's day and we lucky to get her again. My wife said I'll have the wine I had before as a joke and she remembered it. It was another awesome evening made better by her attention to detail and great personality. We will go back and request her again. Great food.
